Business Consulting

Consulting can mean many things, so we will define it in this context.  We offer expert advice in several areas, but primarily we provide guidance on strategic marketing for new business ventures, whether that be a StartUp or within a larger organization: an intrapreneurial venture.

We also work with Small to Medium Sized Businesses, when they are facing challenges such as a drop in sales revenue, a new product launch, a rebranding exercise, or reviewing their customer offer. We create and update annual marketing plans and conduct market research to ensure your company is positioned to advantage alongside your competitors.

Different scenarios include the following:

Individuals

An individual may have an idea for a new business venture. Perhaps you have a long-held desire to start a business. Maybe you have put some money aside, experienced redundancy, or taken early retirement – either way, you have some cash and are ready to take the plunge.

The risk of investing your time and money in a business or product that has no market is high.  We are experienced in scoping out a market opportunity on your behalf.  We will assess if your concept is unique enough to attract customers, identify who your customers are, and pinpoint where to position your offer in the market.  Let us do the work upfront to give you the information on whether your business idea is feasible.

This will save you money if the idea is not worth pursuing or it can help you hit the market with a viable idea which is tailored to your customers.

Small & Medium Enterprise (SMEs)

SMEs may find that they have lost their footing in the market. We review your product portfolio and conduct market research to assess how best to reposition your offer, whether it be a rebranding exercise or targeting a new market. We then write a marketing plan as a road map to guide your team towards the best solution.
