InboundPro started as a FMO (field marketing organization) called BIA (Bennett Insurance Agency) in 2021—a licensed FMO helping agents and agencies secure top carrier contracts. From the beginning, we've worked exclusively with one of the nation's largest insurance agencies.
Later on they needed leads that actually stuck on the books at scale, so we launched InboundPro to fill that need. The problem with most lead generation is simple: performance marketers sell the same lead to the buyer and then everyone and their mother. Sure, the short-term CPA looks great, but the long-term CPA tells a different story. We took a different approach.
We tried partnering with call centers—onshore, nearshore, offshore to help with those efforts. None could match the execution and dedication we demanded, so we built our own in 2022. We're a sales organization at heart and a licensed agency in practice. We understand what it takes to convert and retain business because we do it ourselves.
